At your wedding reception, consider serving just beer and wine verses a fully stocked bar.  As a slight enhancement, have a specialty drink passed upon your guests arrival. Personalize the specialty drink by serving a Long Island Iced Tea in honor of your home town, or a Flaming Volcano in preparation for your honeymoon to Hawaii.  This is fun and will cut cost on your bar tab dramatically.
