Wedding Inspiration Board Blog #4: Poppy and Citrus
Fall recently arrived and now it’s time to get out the fall clothes and colors, ladies! (and gents!) If you want your budget-friendly wedding to keep up with the fall shades but don’t want it to be so cliche, try this beautiful mint and orange color theme. You’ve heard of mint and chocolate brown, and mint and coral, but this color combination is equally as beautiful!
I was sitting, thinking about the next board that I would like to create. I wanted to do something that didn’t involve a shade of white and would also be perfect for a fall wedding (and can even be used in a spring wedding!). I had other ideas, but the moment that mint and orange popped up in my head, I just couldn’t shake this alluring duo.
The mint is so soft and delicate, but the pairing with the bold and rich orange compliments the two so perfectly. The mint is amplified and its strength as a color is elevated. The orange doesn’t overshadow the pastel hue; rather, the mint tones down the orange delicately and gingerly down a hint. They are definitely both pleasing on the eyes alone, and even better together!
It is definitely easy to make an inexpensive wedding with these colors. Take a look at the links below, to make an economical mint and orange wedding that will dazzle your guests!
