Quick Wedding Tips #23: Entree Selections

by Nicole Onofrio on May 23, 2011

If you opt for a sit down dinner at your wedding reception, instead of offering your guests two or three main course selections, offer just one.  The main course can be a popular choice such as chicken (with a veggie option available upon request) or you could even do a combo plate such as chicken and shrimp.  This will keep catering costs down, as well as the serving time.
