If you are planning a spring or summer wedding, have your ceremony and/or reception outdoors to take advantage of the natural scenery.  Instead of spending a ton of money on decorations, use what is already provided to you for free such as a beautiful hanging willow tree, a lake or the ocean, large rocks or a mountainous backdrop.
