 Fad diets, pill-popping programs, and total body cleanses that will leave you running to the little girls’ room all have one element in common.  They work for some people and fail for most people!  A healthy body starts with a healthy inside.  Every outward reflection of beauty is an indicator of your inner health.  The whites of your eyes, your skin, and your muscle definition are all interrelated with your body’s internal health.  If you think a “cookie diet” sounds too good to be true, it probably is!  Remember that you will only look good on your wedding day if you feel just as good.  Your body is a temple, treat yourself like the princess you are!

 Setting goals is easy, right?  Right.  So you can stop reading here?  No!  What is a goal worth if it isn’t realistically attainable?  Choosing the path and the milestones that define your summit to sexy bod success is sometimes just as hard as dragging your bum to the gym.  Worried about setting realistic goals?  Ask a trusted friend, family member, or health professional to help you out.  It is important the person helping you fully understands your strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, and will be there to lend a hand along the way.  (Trust us, you will need it!)
